Camping Campéole du Platin verwelkomt je in een buitengewoon mooie omgeving. Kom genieten van onze compleet ingerichte tentaccommodaties, die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Met of zonder sanitair. Onze standplaatsen voor campers, caravans en tenten op de enige camping op het eiland Ile de Ré bieden een adembenemend uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan. De ongedwongen levensstijl in Rivedoux-Plage, een karakteristiek dorp op het eiland met oesterhaven en oesterkwekerijen, zal je zeker bevallen. Jouw camping heeft een uitnodigend zwembad van 250 m2 met kikkerbad voor de kleintjes en beschikt over verschillende directe toegangsmogelijkheden tot het mooie zandstrand. Waar begin je mee? Het is een ideaal vertrekpunt voor lange fietstochten.

Het was voor ons de eerste keer kamperen in deze regio. Het was geweldig vertoeven in deze regio!
We vonden het geweldig! Komen we zeker nog eens terug!

Bij reservering aangegeven dat we zicht op zee wilden. Hadden we niet. Op de site onduidelijk dat zwembad op de andere camping(Redout) is. Auto op de te kleine plaats is niet alleen voor degene die geboekt heeft maar ook voor de andere kampeerders die er tegenaan moeten kijken. Animatie alleen in het Frans terwijl er meerdere nationaliteiten zijn. Er waren geen watertappunten dichtbij. Lijkt mij dat als je directe toegang hebt naar het strand, dat mensen van de camping het strand OOK schoon moeten houden(dit ivm het vele wier).

Deze camping is simpel op een prettige manier. Prima plek om van daaruit het eiland te verkennen!

Erg nette ruime camping. Keurige douches en toiletten. Van buiten lijkt het aan vervanging toe. Maar het interieur is in prima staat. Plaatsen zijn ruim genoeg maar niet alle plaatsen hebben schaduw van bomen. Locatie is geweldig.

We love the relaxed atmosphere of the site and the location by the sea.
However, the sanitary facilities could do with updating, as good the walkway via the gate to the market. It is very rough to walk on.

We have a large American RV (11.5m long & 4m high) and had contacted the site 2 months previously to our visit to ask if we could be accommodated together with 2 other equally large RV's. The reply via email was yes you could so 3 pitches were duly booked and paid for in full. It was, therefore a bit disappointing that on our arrival the staff were trying to find pitches for our RV's and did not seem aware of our visit, and at one point suggesting that you could not accommodate us.
We eventually found suitable space ourselves on the site and the staff permitted us to use those that we found.

We have stayed on this site each year since 2006 and have enjoyed thoroughly our time there. This year we found Alice most welcoming on our arrival and couldn’t have been more helpful. I also found the manager Greg extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I suppose the only issue we would have is the lack of water points/taps for the pitches. I have recommended this site in the past on TripAdvisor and would have no problem doing it again. We look forward to returning next year.

Disappointed with the shower block - no toilets in the same place - a real pain to go to two distant areas for toilets and showers. Emilie was fantastic but the other staff member on the welcome desk was rather unfriendly. Pool brilliant.

We arrived late in the evening, the staff had left our keys and the cabins were ready for us.
The group was seven persons and all settled in. I had previously talked with the staff on the phone and it was nice to meet them the next day. Congratulations and a very good camp site.

Very disappointing , we had stayed there 3 times a year for 4 years now and the site management has'nt responded to our comments in the past , infact the opposite the standard has dropped . During our stay the site was empty which we feel represents the opinion on the campers

Der Campingplatz liegt sehr gut. Gute Busanbindung für Insel und Festland direkt vor dem Platz. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Camping, deshalb kein SB-Laden oder Brötchenservice auf dem Platz. Die Bar ist nur in der Saison geöffnet und bietet nicht viel, zum Pool muss man auf den direkt anschließenden Campeole-Platz. Dafür gibt es aber einen zweiten schönen Strand mit Kiosk in Gehweite. Sanitärgebäude teils etwas veraltet. Wir werden aber wieder mal dort Urlaub machen

Nous avons loué un Maasaï; Très bonne literie, rangement un peu juste pour 4 adultes,surtout pour une période longue, pas de faitout pour cuisiner, il a fallu s'en faire prêter un( alors qu'il y en a dans les autres types d'hébergement!)PAS PRATIQUE!!!
Les ouvertures étant face à la mer, quand il y a du vent froid, IL FAUT FERMER LES PORTES totalement opaques ; de ce fait on est un peu dans la pénombre, tant les 2 fenêtres sont petites...un peu "tristounet" quand il ne fait pas grand-beau

Nous avons déjà effectué plusieurs séjours les années précédentes dans ce même camping "le Platin" et y sommes revenus à trois reprises cette année. Nous en sommes très très satisfaits, la preuve...! nous connaissons bien l'Ile de Ré depuis longtemps, puisque nous habitons tout près sur le continent, mais ce que nous pouvons dire, c'est que depuis que nous connaissons ce camping, nous apprécions déjà beaucoup son site, mais aussi l'accueil des équipes qui y travaillent. Cette année encore nous avons trouvé une équipe d'accueil formidable, agréable, souriante et à l'écoute du moindre détail.
En résumé, séjour on ne peut plus agréable ! et justement la seule chose à regretter, est que le camping ferme un peu trop tôt (24 septembre) selon notre avis, mais aussi l'avis d'autres campeurs ! en effet, les "Rochelais" comme nous, pourrions profiter plus longtemps de ce camping en arrière saison !

Effectivement beaucoup de choses on changé évolué pour notre bien à tous et pour que nous puissions passer encore d agréable moment.

Un super séjour, une équipe d animateurs extraordinaire, tant avec les adultes qu avec les enfants! Le campitoo est un moment de bonheur pour les enfants avec des animateurs d une patience, d une gentillesse et d une bonne humeur quotidienne sans borne. Un grand merci à Mathieu et Marine pour les petits et a Niko, Pady et Sarah pour les plus grands ! Un bel été plein de sourires, de rires et de supers souvenirs!
Vous êtes une équipe extra et les absents en 2018 manqueront cruellement.

J'ai eu un emplacement face à la mer génial ! Il était grand. Avec nos 3 petits enfants nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour. Le trampoline leur a beaucoup plu. Le personnel était souriant et très aimable.

Félicitations vraiment que ce soit pour l'entretien général du camping, espaces commun, douches, toilettes, bacs vaisselle, toujours de l'eau chaude à disposition...etc...Respect des campeurs vis à vis des autres usagers du camping. Très bon accueil de toute l'équipe sans exception. Je dois dire que c'est le meilleur camping que je connaisse, nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.......Ne changez rien, tout est PARFAIT....a bientôt sans doute pour d'autres vacances.
